New Residential Developments
Wilde Lake Estates is a 14 lot subdivision featuring 2 acre lot minimums with their own well and septic, as they are located outside of the City's MUSA Line. These lots are all builder of your choice. Future plans include the addition of a regional trail to connect Lebanon Hills Park to the north and south to Downtown Rosemount. Copper Creek Development will have 87 single family lots, located on the west side of Hwy 3 just south of 132nd Street. Phase one will develop the first 32 lots. The remaining 55 homes will be developed in future phases along with a pocket park and include a regional trail to connect to Lebanon Hills Park to the north and south to Downtown Rosemount.
The single family housing in Harmony has been completed in 2014. There are 179 townhome units remaining to be built. Timeless Homes is currently constructing a number of townhomes within the Harmony neighborhood. Contact Don Willenbring at 612-363-3915 for information regarding the townhomes.
Mark Elliot Homes is completing the Glenrose development.
Construction has started on phase one of 28 quad homes, and phase two of 20 rowhomes is expected to be completed by early 2017.

5. Bella Vista
Lennar is developing a 158 lots single family homes subdivision called Bella Vista located on the northeast corner Bonaire Path and Bacardi Avenue. The third phase of the development has begun construction. Bacardi Avenue was reconstructed in the summer of 2014 to accommodate the development. Bella Vista will contain a park along the southeast shore of Horseshoe Lake and a segment of the Rosemount Interpretative Regional Trail Corridor which will connect Downtown Rosemount with the Mississippi River. The park and trail will not be available until after 2016.
CalAtlantic Homes (formerly Ryland) is in the process of constructing its fourth phase of the Greystone development on the northeast corner of 141st Street and Akron Avenue (County Road 73).
CalAtlantic Homes has received preliminary approval to develop an additional 169 lots east of the current development taking place.
A six acre park will be developed in the center of the development sometime after 2016 and the trail along Akron Avenue connects residents to the Flint Hills Park about a half mile north of Greystone.
7. Prestwick Place 13th Addition
Brandl Anderson, Keyland Homes, and Ryan Real Estate have formed a partnership to construct single family homes located north of Connemara Trail and about a ¼ mile west of Akron Avenue (County Road 73).
An additional 150 lots are slated for development north of the current development in the Prestwick.
A seven acre park is located just to the south of Connemara Trail and adjacent to the Falmoor Glen development.
8. Falmoor Glen
Lennar is developing a 132 lots single family homes subdivision called Falmoor Glen located on the north of County Road 42, south of Connemara Trail and about a ¼ mile west of Akron Avenue (County Road 73).
This development is nearing completion, but m
any lots are still available. A seven acre park is located on the northern edge of the development.
