The Rosemount Fire Department is responsible for protecting the citizens of Rosemount and educating them on the dangers of fire. The department is a paid-on-call organization currently consisting of 50 firefighters. The department also has a full-time fire marshal on staff.
There are two fire stations serving the community. In addition to responding to emergency calls there are also several public fire education events each year.
To reach the Fire Marshal in the Community Development Department, email or phone (651) 322-2036. The Marshal reviews open burning permits.
